Pricing Terms for Domestic orders (Delivery within India)
Currently we are offering FREE DELIVERY on all domestic sales orders(Excluding OCTROI and entry tax). You no need to pay any shipping charges for domestic orders (Shipping Address within India). However if any OCTROI or entry tax levied customer should pay at the time of delivery.
Most of the orders are ship out within 5 business days, and delivered in 2-5 business days from the date of shipping. We ship through genuine reliable leading courier services only, and you can track your shipments online after it is shipped.

Pricing Terms for International orders (Delivery outside India)
Pricing terms for International orders is DAP (Delivery at your place and import custom duty paid by importer/customer) and freight charges shown in check out page is excluding FedEx extended service area charges. If any import duty charged by Customs of the destination country customer should pay the Import duty at the time of delivery.

Time to Ship
Most of the International orders are shipped within 4 working days.* However back orders and bulk orders will be shipped within the time specified in the Description of Product Detail Page and for the customized order product will be shipped before the agreed period.

Domestic orders delivered within 5 to 10 business days from the shipment date. International order delivered within 4 to 15 business days from the shipment date.
If you find the package of the product is tampered with or damaged before accepting delivery, Please refuse to take delivery or make a note in the acknowledgement slip that “Received the goods with damages” and describe in detail. Open the consignment in front of the delivery person and conform the damage of the products the same to noted detailed in the courier acknowledge slip. Take a photo of damaged products which should be attached with your email addressed to firstname.lastname@example.org for log a complaint also inform the same to courier company and get the reference number. Then only customers are eligible for claim of replacement product.
Return and Refund Policy
Our return policy is customer friendly. However customer can apply the return with valid reason through Email. Our approval is must for returning products. Also product should be dispatched within 2 business days from the date of delivery and return fright should be paid by the customer(Fright type : Paid).
Please note that return policy is NOT applicable for refund on below conditions
- If your order is customized order
- If your order is bulk order
- If your order is International Order
- If your order is backorder
- If customer selected the wrong size
- Due to delay in delivery
- Product that has been washed
- Product not in its original condition
- product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the retail box and all other items originally included with the product at the time of delivery
- product that exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
- If returned product lost/missed during transit. (In no way we are not responsible for transit loss during return)
To return a product you need to follow below steps:
a) Send an email to email@example.com with a valid reason for returning, order number, Quantity and mentioning the product you want to return.
b) Once the customer receive an confirmation email with shipping instructions, customer can ship the product back and the date before which product needs to be dispatched.
c) Please put the product in its original packaging and seal it well. Make sure you bubble wrap it so that product doesn't get damaged.
d) Ship the product to the mailing address mentioned in the confirmation email and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the tracking number. Without tracking number, product can't be tracked and can be lost in transit.
e) Once the product has reached us and it is inspected to be free from any defect, your amount will be transferred via original way of payment with in 25 business days.
Refunds are processed on 10th, 20th, and 30th of every month. Once refund is completed from our end - you will receive an email notification regarding the same. Please note that We cannot refund the amount in cash mode.
a) If any event we unable to ship any items in your order, be assured that you will not be charged for not shipped items. You will be refunded via original way of payment within 20 business days.
b) If customer paid twice for single order (Same order ID) then the refund should be for one transaction via original way of payment within 30 business days.
c) If amount received without order details, Our customer care will contact you through telephone or email you and ask to send us product details of your order. If we didn't received reply form the customer with in 3 days amount will be refunded via original way of payment after deducting bank charges and payment gateway charges with in 30 business days.
d) If the customer used credit card for online purchase customer will refunded after deducting payment gateway charges, bank charges and our service charges.
e) If the customer got approval for return and returned the product with original condition, Customer will refunded after deducting payment gateway charges, bank charges, packing charges, shipping charges and our service charges.
Replacement of product
We don't offer or accept any replacement of products.
