Guidelines to Order
- 1. What is wholesale order?
- All orders are treated as wholesale order.
- 2. Can I order a sample products or a single product?
- Yes, you can order a sample/single product through telephonic order.
- 3. When the product will be dispatched if i ordered single / sample product ?
- Mostly, dispatched same business day if order placed before 10.30 AM. Or else it will be dispatched in the next business day.
- 4. What is dispatch ?
- Dispatch means shipped out from our premises. In other words package handovered / booked with shipping company.
- 5. How the dispatch time is calculated ?
- Working days with cut-off time only taken in to account for calculating dispatch time. Holidays not included for calculating dispatch time.
- 6. Will there be any difference between the picture on the website and the delivered product?
- All our arts and gifts are drawn/created by hand. Since no automation is used, so there will be small differences between the picture on the website and the actual product. However, these variations increase uniqueness and enhance the value of your product. Colors slightly vary from the picture and the product due to lighting used while photography and monitor settings.
- 7. Can I place an order via Telephone?

All Telephonic order are eligible to get 1% to 3% discount.

- 9. What is back order?
- Back order is an advance booking system to purchase best selling products in advance even the product is out of stock. Once the customer placed the order he will be in the queue. Product will be dispatched on or before time noted in the product description page.
- 10. How the back order will work ?
- Once the customer placed back order he will be in the queue. So, your order will be dispatched on or before the shipping/dispatch time noted in the product description page.
- 11. Can I place international order (Shipping address outside India)?
- yes, you can place international order through telephone only. But, few products are not eligible for international orders (Shipping outside India), Please refer details in product description page. More details call to +91 95668 25308.
Payment & Shipping
- 12. What are payment methods available for me to pay ?
- At present we accept three types of payment method
You can place order in the website and pay through secured online payments method (Indian Rupees) by using your debit card, net banking which is powered by ATOM Payment Gateway and INSTAMOJO through CITRUS Payment Gateway
Please do not use credit card since we don't accept credit card payment. You will be refunded after deducting processing charges.
Other Country Customers
You can place order by using PayPal.
You can also place orders through Telephone and make payment by deposit/transfer cash/cheque/DD/NEFT/SWIFT into our bank account. Bank Account Details will be provided on request. More details contact customer care @ +91 9566825306.
- 13. Can I use different address for the shipping and billing?
- Yes, you can use different address for shipping and billing. We always ship the products to shipping address only.
- 14. What are the shipping company available?
- All over India : Speed Post
Out Side India : FedEx
- 15. If Shipping address is incomplete or customer is not available to receive or if customer refuses to accept, will you return the amount?
- No, still the customer is charged for the order.
- 16. When the products will be delivered?
- We will dispatch within the time which is noted in the product description page. However, we are not responsible for delay in dispatch/delivery due to natural disaster, worker strike, political bandh, holidays, delay in transit etc.
All Over India : 5 to 7 days from dispatch(Shipping) date.
All Over World(Out Side India) : 3 to 7 days from dispatch(Shipping) date.
- 17. Is there any extra charges at the time of delivery?
- Yes, there may be a chance because of OCTROI Duty, Import duty or any other charges/duties charged by the respective delivery regions and Extended Area service charges charged by the shipping company.
- 18. Is the purchased product covers any insurance policy while shipping ?
- Yes, we insure all our domestic and international shipments.
- 19. How can I make myself eligible to claim the shipping insurance if I got the damaged product?
- If the package reach you in damaged condition follow the below steeps
a) Immediately the package should be opened in front of the courier agency delivery person and the physical damage should be confirmed by the both parties and it should be acknowledged by delivery person.
b) Customer should login a complaint with the local office of the courier agency within the stipulated time.
c) Damaged information to be passed immediately to our customer care through phone and official mail which should contain your Invoice no, date , detail about the product damages and also customers are advised to take a photo and the same to be attached with official mail.
- 20. When will I get the replacement against the damaged product ?
- We will immediately ship you a replacement product while the insurance claim is in process. Subject to availability of the product stock.
- 21. Can i cancel my order and how to cancel my order?
- Yes, You can cancel your order however, it needs to be intimated to us before processing your order. You can raise cancellation request to our emaid id firstname.lastname@example.org and mention the subject line as "CANCELLATION REQUEST - ORDER ID:######" also mention the proper reason for cancellation in the mail body.
Note You should not eligible to cancel your order in the following conditions
a) Once your order is started processing.
b) If your order is customized order.
c) If your order is wholesale order.
d) If your order is a back order.
e) If your order is shipped.
- 22. Any charges will be applicable after my order cancellation ?
- Yes, you will be deducted bank charges or payment gateway charges and our service charges.
- 23. When will my money refunded after order cancellation ?
- You will be refunded via original way of payment. More details click here
- 24. What documents you will provide in case of complaint logged as a customer acknowledgement?
- Customer will be provided an unique complaint number with in 3 business day and complaints will be resolved with in 20 business days.
- 25. What is Assorted color ?
- Either SKU of the product ended with VC or it is mentioned as "Assorted" in the product details. Product will be shipped in different colors, Please refer additional images of the product. And also, shipping of product are not in equal ratio of all colors subject to stock availability of each color.
